The project, opened in London by Russian restaurateurs, presents modern gastronomy inspired by the motifs of traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

References to fire here in  everyone: the most ancient way of cooking in Firebird is very respected and grilling almost everything— from meat to fruit. We have made a brandbook for the guys that will contain in itself what is so dear to the creators and the guest: the visual concept was built on the aesthetics of Russian folklore, which can cause nostalgia among those who grew up on it and #genuine interest of those who are not yet familiar with him.
